Today I ordered a kebab at 18:04 for £38.30 for pickup. We arrived to pick up our order at 18:40. But the order was not ready and no one was going to cook it. They said the system is not working . And since I don't understand English, I wanted to talk through translate. But in response, the man at the checkout waved his hands like leave and did not want to read the translate. He was yelling at his own. For me, this relationship was rude . Very rudely and as a Nazi , he did not enter into our positions . I realized later that their system was not working and I wanted to clarify on the translate when the order would be ready and whether they would cook and show the receipt that we had paid. But he yelled at us in response and did not read the translation . And since he doesn't listen, he doesn't want to read, I had to speak my own language . But I heard in response shut your mouth! And since I know exactly how to translate it! And so we left without an order and without money . And all this...

Do not eat at this place under any circumstances. The main food server is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills if you're really that unhappy with your job you're free to switch it up and make that life better for yourself, don't take you unhappiness out on hungry customer's. They have a discount if you order through the website which they never inform you about in the shop. And they also fail to tell you if you order near to closing time the order is added the following morning orders. I got into a argument for asking if my order was confirmed and received due to I being near closing. Now for the actual food review the pizza I got was a basic cheese and tomato pizza with added chicken. This was not worth the wait it was burnt and tasteless it may of looked the part but sure didn't taste it. So please people do not waste your time and money in this establishment they are laughing to the bank while we rush...

Ordered via JustEat, advised 50 mins delivery after order accepted. Sent message to JustEat after the time ran over. Advised it would be another 20 minutes, called when this time elapsed, told the order was on the way. Another 20 minutes passes, call back, initially told they don’t deliver out of town, asked why they accepted the order and took the money? Then told the order was on the way, said I was told that 20 mins ago and we’re 10 mins max away (according to maps) restaurant then said they were very busy and it’s not just me. I said we’d been waiting 2 hours for a kebab and two pizzas and asked if they were going to deliver it not, the restaurant hung up. I’d avoid.
