Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

I have been eating Papa John's pizzas for over 25yrs and always recommend to friends/family and this is the 1st time I have ever had to complain. Whilst holidaying in Torquay we placed a collection order, my partner drove the 10mins to collect when he got back we noticed the hot! Buffalo wings had no hot buffalo sauce on, when we called to complain they refused to bring a replacement so my partner went to drive back He got in the car and the manager called back claiming the don't put buffalo sauce on buffalo wings and in the 8yrs he has worked in various stores he has never seen them with sauce on. He became quite rude and then told my partner he would replace them but still with no sauce The argued for a number of minutes then my partner drove down. We should him the photo on their website of the buffalo wings with the sauce on and he eventually poured some sauce over some wings not before offering to reheat the wings which he had already given us 45minutes earlier I have never been so...

Discriminative and forceful sale, went to buy a small pizza for my 5 year old nephew and other family favourites, their window clearly advertising sale of small pizzas and large pizzas, one staff member happily took my order with no problem, half way ordering for more food another staff member saw me came over and cancelled my small pizza order and insisted I buy the more expensive large one, looking at their faces I could see that there was fowl play going on, as the first staff member looked at second dominant staff member in shock, I had to drop all orders and leave in fear, I stood by the corner of their window and watched another customer go in, ordered a small pizza, was told to pay £3.99 and told his pizza would be ready in 10 minutes . It’s clear I was refused same order due to ethnic background. 2 hour wait on my delivery ,the app stated that my pizza had been delivered after many many attempts to get through to the shop (somebody answered multiple times and hung up without saying anything) I finally got an answer from a very sheepish guy saying "sorry closed " he point blank ignored my reply of ,exuse me I have already ordered all I got was "sorry closed" and he then hung up the phone. This was a Tuesday ffs not a busy Saturday. I have also been in store before and seen first hand what the manager is like and he comes across as a complete ** . I think this store should be avoided by the public for now and maybe a an area manager should come and take a look at the shady practices...
