Pizza Pronto Richmond — Restaurant in England

Ordered a hot shot Parmo just as they opened and I didn't believe it could be so bad!! Barely any topping but the chicken tasted really strongly of fish!! I know it's attached to a fish and chips shop which explains a lot but the fish taste was horrible!! Standard soggy old chips too but for chicken to taste that strongly must mean there's storage issues or they're cooking it in really old, rank fish frying oil!! In reply to your reply, we were driving home and were no where near Richmond to bother getting it changed so it went in the bin. I was fully aware of what toppings are on a hotshot Parmo but bechemel and cheese in decent quantity are a good start!! You didn't address the fish taste though....... The point of a review is to let the general public make an informed choice, looking at your other reviews your response isn't a surprise. Why would I want you to offer replacement? Why would I bother complaining when other reviews state your staff...

Well, I don't know where to start really, I ordered 2 pizzas, a donna wrap and some cheesy chips. When I turned up to collect the order the guy on the counter looked like he wanted to fight me, giving me evil looks and talking to me in indialectable sentences. The cheesy chips looked like they had been cooked in boiling water and were totally inedible. The pizza was served on a base as thick as my king size mattress. I would of returned to complain if it wasn't for fear of being battered by the guy on the counter. I would definitely recommend this place though, if your looking for a fight. So we travelled from barnard castle tonight for a chippy which we found along with this cracking little pizza place, managed to get a 9" pizza bbq based with tandoori chicken and donner which was £9.30 for that on it's own, the pizza as you can see below was outstanding 10 out of 10 for me best pizza I've tasted in England! They use the pizza machine which it goes through and it cooks it to perfection so yeah outstanding, managed to purchase some of my favourite prime aswell ( 7 cans of the original American stuff ) haggled but got a deal, I'll defo be back again loved the pizza and look forward to a can of the juicy prime...
