Best pasties we have tried in Cornwall and the whole UK, the pastry case was light and slightly crunchy, the ingredients inside were tasty and well done, not too much sauce inside like many others that look they cooking stew inside and then the pastry becomes fluffy and when you bite it all the sauce just start dropping from everywhere and the pastie start to fall a part. After looking at a few cafe's for a cream tea, we ended up here. Absolutely fantastic value. So much so that i questioned was the price correct. First time trying this pasty shop and quite disappointed. The vegetable pasty was cold and tasteless and the pastry was hard and dry. Sausage rolls - pastry was fine and item was hot but sausage tasted horrible and was slimey. Meat pasties were fine, no complaints there.
