Incredible + Independent! I’m blown away by how amazing this place is! The owners Will and Sarah (the husband and wife dream team!) are good friends of ours so we can honestly tell you that they have put their heart and soul in to creating something really special here; they've completely refurbished the premises themselves from scratch in to a little Hoole haven!

The decor is funky and fresh, the menu is unique and exciting, and the staff are warm and friendly! They’ve crafted the menu to cater for all diets from omnivores to vegans without compromising on the taste, and they’re environmentally conscious by using seasonal produce and plant-based takeaway materials.

My wife and I devoured the Green + Grains Salad and the Smashed Peas on Sourdough with Beetroot Hummus, both are great portion sizes with fair prices.

The iced coconut matcha was perfect and the loose leaf mojito mint tea has got to be tried! We also need to try one of the homemade cakes next time.

We’ll definitely be back to support our friends with their independent local business and try out more of their delicious vegan options! And there’s still lots of interesting choices to explore on the drinks menu too, they even do kombucha!

Can’t wait to go back and see their little puppy dachshund...

This was my second visit in seven days to this little eatery on Ermine road. The staff are always smiley and super friendly and the food really different! My large latte coffee was deliciously creamy and smooth, not bitter at all (I asked for the biggest mug they had and they were very obliging!). I had the corn and cauliflower fritters but instead of the Halloumi cheese I was able to swap and have avocado instead. This was dish was very filling and the mint yoghurt dressing was a lovely touch. I would recommend a visit, they are dog friendly and plan to open up the basement some time in the future for more seating!...

Food was honestly 10 out of 10! I would return again and again, amazing variety and really good quality. Service was good, although didn't check if the downstairs door was open, so we came back up thinking we had gone the wrong way. Downstairs is lacking and feels a bit cold (almost escape room like with no windows). All in all, really really nice place that I'd highly recommend, I'd sit on the top...
