UPDATE: Still a shambles. We gave them a second chance and they still could not get it right. Last visit for us. Bye bye Starf##ks.
What a shambles of an organization. Opening hours state closing as 6.30, but at 5.00 they were closing. Said they could not heat any food. So we picked from the choices. They never told me the item I bought had to be heated, so money wasted as they locked the doors behind us. We did get drinks, but it was grudgingly served. I opened the tea to put in milk but the cup was filled to the brim and immediately spilt on my hand. Turns out it wasn't that hot luckily. Still customers trying to get in expecting it to be open while we waited for our train on Taunton platform. Sadly you have to leave at least one star, but today they...

Read moreMuch slower than Starbucks at other stations around the UK. Shouldn't be accepting vouchers from customers requiring input of long codes into the system. 5 minutes is too long to wait in a queue with one person in front of me, particularly at a train station.
Does have a little inside seating if you are going to be there for a while.
The time of the visit is not the same as the time of review. Slow service is always a result of either poor leadership, poor processes, poor training, or low rates of motivation (pay is an excellent motivator). In this instance, poor processes was the obvious cause, and low rates of pay...
