Subway — Restaurant in England

I don’t have any complaints about the food, it is made at Subway standards. The reason why I'm rating it only 1 star is due to one of the staff members, which was very rude. I'm definitely avoiding this place. My experience was very unpleasant. After 4h sleep I've been driving from Wales down to Torquay and decided to have a sandwich when I've arrived. When I was making my sandwich, I've been served by a chubby staff member, asked him for the wrong bread because I was tired and the guy made me feel like I was stealing his food from his own fridge. I was polite and respectful, I also did apologise for my mistake, he was not having it and did not reciprocate...

I went to this subway in Torquay Tor Hill, it was 15 minutes of closing time on a Thursday evening. The 2 members of staff (a girl and a boy)that was there was alteady start to put stuff away I ask them if they were still serving they said yes and I apologised as they were clearly getting ready to close. Me and my daughter choosed a white Italian footlong chicken menu just to came to the hotel to find out the bread wasn't fresh even harm still tasted old bread. I have just commented on the harbourside Torquay Subway. I will repeat my comments to this Subway too. My partnerr and i visited this subway a couple of weeks ago, early evening, prior to going to the local cinema. The place was virtually empty. The member of staff was preparing a large subway. Possibly for collection. We were not acknowledged on entering and standing at the counter. No eye contact. No words spoken by the staff member. We were invisible. After several minutes. We walked out. We will not be returning. Very poor service. Or, no...
