The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Waitress 'sammy' ignored us to start with, ordered drinks, contactless didn't work so she slammed the card machine down and just muttered 'enter your pin'. No smile, no manners. Then when my wife tried her Pepsi Max, she knew it was full sugar. I returned it to the bar and was told that we would have to buy another one as I had ordered it wrong!! I've been ordering pepsi max for my wife for 13 years , as she is diabetic. Smiley Sammy was adamant I ordered pepsi. Which I didn't, because my wife can't drink it. She point blank refused after some back and forth to try and exchange it, then just walked off... I would highly recommend the management either just give her some serious training or get rid, we were going to have a few drinks here and went to the golden lion instead. Much better service, we actually got a smile from the waitress! Save your money and go somewhere that appreciates...

Barman polite but not friendly. Food very disappointing. I ordered The 10" hot dog in a soft bun, advertised in the menu as I've just had a tooth out. It turned out to be 2 very fatty, chewy sausages in a bun, covered in melted cheese which was not on the menu. The bun had obviously been heated to death with the sausages, possibly in a microwave as it was very hard. Not the nice soft bun that you expect with good hot dog. I don't like sausages at the best of times and I absolutely hate melted cheese! Not happy, false advertising, would have complained if we'd seen a member of staff to...

Popped into to this bar for a bite of lunch. What a surprise from our visit a few years ago. What a brilliant transformation. Bar man was nice & friendly & welcoming. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the pulled pork & beef burger , it was THE NICEST BURGER I HAVE EVER EATEN. Nicer than hard rock Cafe burger. My wife had a Chickpea Sharwarma which she said was delicious.
