Came in for takeaway. Waited ages and was then served the food plated up. It took even longer for it then to be boxed up, by which point it was quite cold. We were then overcharged, even after complaining. No apologies at any point.
Food had the potential to be good, but the pasta had started to become quite cold and dry(?) by the time I could eat it. The sauce was oily and any flavours were completely overwhelmed by black pepper. The portion was very small - they weren't kidding about it being a light bite - even though it was heavy in price.
