The Beach Kitchen — Restaurant in England

Came in for takeaway. Waited ages and was then served the food plated up. It took even longer for it then to be boxed up, by which point it was quite cold. We were then overcharged, even after complaining. No apologies at any point.

Food had the potential to be good, but the pasta had started to become quite cold and dry(?) by the time I could eat it. The sauce was oily and any flavours were completely overwhelmed by black pepper. The portion was very small - they weren't kidding about it being a light bite - even though it was heavy in price.

Came in hungry as I could couldn't find any places open,but the beach kitchen was open. So we went inside, immediately I loved the modern cosy environment. Even before eating the was my favourite place. The food was delicious. I recommend everything. It is the perfect place to eat and relax as it has lots of space such as a room with a sofa. I can't rave more about this lamb chop dinner and French Onion soup that I had at The Beach Kitchen when I visited Penzance. I love French onion soup and it was piping hot and hearty. The taste was delightful to the last drop and I really enjoyed it. Whenever I'm out I always look for lambchops and they didn't disappoint. Placed on a bed mashed potato they were soft and moist.
