We are only staying in Maidenhead a few days and today is the second time I’ve stopped for a bite. Last night my husband I ordered Cod and chips plus cheese sticks (all gluten free) for a late night snack—it was delicious, fresh and crispy and way too much food for even two of us. Today I had to go back for the cheese sticks as they are the BEST I’ve had—everything is cooked fresh, right in front of customers. Would love to live here if just for this food! Last night the gentlemen working the counter has said “we don’t have much for gluten free” but then went off to list way more options than I find at most restaurants.

I just cant say enough praise for this little gem. Fantastic food, super affordable and such kind service! They get all the stars! Thank you for the great food...

Well after numerous calls. As over 1hr & half late. Received our order. Thanks for the extra portion of onion rings shame they were freezing cold. Also larger portion of fish. Only thing that was hot. I always do reviews credit where credit due. But this was awlful. This was the meal you replaced as you said it had been delivered. You would do fresh really when mainly cold. We phoned back what do you want us to do. Surely you should make the decision. We had phoned 4 times. Twice said you would phone back which you didn't.

To your reply. Thank you BUT. If you had had the food back like we offered the Onion rings were stone cold as the chips. I do give credit where due. But this ocassion I am sorry had to right a poor review. You basically saying we were lying. We accepted your offer to replace our order...

Great choices for vegans and vegetarians. The vegan burger is delicious, extremely filling and served to a very high standard.

Updated 02.11.21* I have since returned twice, the second time the bun was extremely soggy and couldn't eat it all as it was falling apart left, right and centre. As we ordered for delivery we appreciated it might just be the transit period that caused this. The third time (not giving up quite yet) we ordered on our way home and collected within the 15 minutes we were given, returned home which is about 4 minute drive from the establishment and our bun was soggy again. The chips were over cooked and it was just a mess. So upsetting after a first great experience but we won't be...
