I have come across the lady who suppose to take my order around 9:30 -10:00pm . I politely ask her if she can scan the bar code so I can purchased the rewards from my apps then put the rest of my order to pay over the counter. i don't know if she knows what she doing but i suppose it's not. she walk off pick up the cleaning stuff, clean the ice cream machine not say anything.rude attitude!! On several occasions, I have been forced to wait for 35 to 45 minutes to pick up an order. After this frustrating wait, I am frequently told by the staff to cancel the order due to unknown issues on their end, which is both unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Furthermore, it’s become apparent that some managers prefer to work with certain drivers, often prioritizing their orders and leaving others to wait excessively. This favoritism creates an unfair working environment and disrupts the delivery process, ultimately affecting the customers who are waiting for their food.

The queues can get hilariously long, the self service ordering machines will happily let you order, and then suddenly fail when you tell it you want to pay. If you do manage to pay, the machine will display an order number, and it will lie and tell you it is also printed on the receipt. There is no receipt because the paper roll in the machine was last replaced in 2018. Once you do manage to obtain the food, you'll be told that certain things are out of stock (drinks, usually). It's also tradition here for the staff to forget at least one item from your order- so make sure you remove everything from the bag and account for everything on the order...
