Second visit as we enjoyed our first in which we just had takeaway coffee. This visit we stayed for lunch. While the food was tasty everything else was a huge disappointment. I am disabled with an access card, one of my disabilities means urgency for the toilet. When I went to go the toilet it had a sign on stating ‘out of order’. I asked a staff member if they had another toilet I could use. I was told no it’s out of order there are public ones somewhere down there in town, with a vague point and told that they had never used them so didn’t know their location. I had to go in search for the toilet, which was also a problem as I have limited mobility due to my disabilities. When I eventually found it there was a huge queue. When I finally got back my child and partner they had finished as they had been waiting so long we left, meaning I didn’t really get to experience anything relaxing or nice from the cafe.

The food also came with dirty cutlery and dirty saucer for the tea. It isn’t really good enough to not have a working toilet there is a legal requirement over 10 seats which there are more than that. Staff could do with being a bit friendlier and making sure that the customer asking for toilet access, is helped to find a...

I purchased about £16 worth of pasties here, only to find when I returned home that 1 pastie had miraculously not been put in the bag. I called the shop and was told that the only way they could deal with it was in the shop which meant an hour's drive and obviously wasted fuel. So I called the head office, they told me the area manager would call me After 2 days no call. So I called head office again and the gave me Andrews number he never responded to my voice mails and never called me back . So if you want to be ripped off and have poor customer service then go ahead and use these guys but I would definitely avoid, plus the pasties were tasteless. Thanks Cornish Bakery for your...

My girlfriend and I are sat in there now. I'm leaving about a third of my pastie and she is leaving half of hers. We both had the steak and stilton - we both love steak and we both love stilton.

This the worst pastie I have ever tasted. The poster in the window says 'Tastes Like Nowhere Else'. I sincerely hope that's true...

Staff are very young and were just discussing how they have burnt the latest batch in the oven. Nice touch.

Update; my girlfriend complained about the pasties and the chap behind the counter offered something else or a refund (we opted for the refund). So, credit...

Nice little shop for a quick bite, it’s really central and the ladies working there have been really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I realised afterwards that it’s part of a chain, if I knew it I would have gone for a more local pasty shop, but despite this we quite enjoyed it and it was one of the few pasty shops with tables to sit inside.

Was greeted so kindly by the server behind the till, quick service despite how busy it was! The lovely lady who served us was so sweet and helpful. Genuinely the best coffee I’ve ever had and also the best pastry I’ve ever had! Big Claims but absolutely mean every word. Wish I could come here every day, couldn’t recommend a place more than here!
