I've been here a few times over the past couple of years and every single time, the lady who runs the place walks away for a couple of minutes when I go to pay for the items I want to buy, and when she returns, she refuses to speak even a single word to me when she's entirely friendly and polite to literally everyone else who comes in. My nan has never had this experience and until recently she used to have a bit of a natter with the lady. But recently my nan came in with me one time and ever since, the lady who runs the place stopped talking to my nan entirely as well when she shops here. I have no clue what I have done to be treated like this and also get my nan disregarded in the same way but it's extremely disheartening because this shop is the only place nearby where I can buy a good selection of foods that fit the dietary restrictions I have for...

One thing I love about this place is the eco clothes detergent, conditioner and washing up liquid where you can reuse containers. Theyâre actually surprisingly affordable when it comes to detergents. But I need to remember to bring the containers.
My only issue is I sort of feel I donât fit in as a customer but that might just be me misreading. But like I say they have a great range and so I come in when I can afford to.
