From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the seamless blend of comfort, style, and hospitality. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a tranquil retreat with easy access to all the charm and excitement of the town. The accommodation itself is nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are immaculate, a testament to the meticulous care and attention to detail that is evident everywhere. And for those traveling with a furry friend, the dog-friendly policy is a huge bonus that makes the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Read moreRooms can’t comment. Location great as near our holiday cottage. But not coming back, so N/A. Service a disgrace, in last night, barmaid on her phone constantly, No interaction/communication/personality. Asked for water for dog, advised bowls are scattered around find one. We did and as it was empty, asked if we could have water from this dog friendly establishment, only to be advised to go to the bathroom to get the water. I would have thought simple hygiene such as hand washing is suffice, but refusing to touch the bowl, astounding. This pub had nothing going for it, no character, atmosphere was non existent, and one of the most unfriendly environments ever, all due to the non existent service, not even a smile at any time. Barmaid would only talk if spoken to and honestly it was an inconvenience, as they needed to get back to their phone. Watching clearly from where we were sitting, bar staff heard the door open so stood up, turned her back to the bar, pretended to be busy and made the two customers wait, astounding. This establishment, no thanks, I’ll stick to genuine dog friendly, pubs, with staff who treat customers as such, customers, not an...
