Absolutely lovely cafe.
Simple menu, decent prices and freshly cooked meals, sandwiches and delicious home made cakes. The staff were really nice and the lay out of the cafe enables anyone with accessibility needs.
For anyone with mobility challenges, there is a no steps entrance with a wide door for wheelchair access. Plus an accessible toilet which was clean, no steps or ridges so easy to enter.
Parking nearby might be an issue particularly on the weekend. You may have to street park or walk a little rather than park outside but it's worth it.
They have a wonderful community engagement as they are an 'on the spot' training centre giving local people with additional needs to gain skills, experience and confidence by working in the cafe which then leads to more job opportunities in the food industry for them. Great work

Portions are very good and staff are friendly....

Atmosphere not it's usually bustling. I guess hunger, overlong wait and disappointment coloured...
