The owner had a long, VERY loud conversation with customers known to her - so loud that my 87 year old mother and I could not carry on a conversation. Mum was unhappy that our time together was being spoiled but had no intention of complaining. The owner asked her if something was wrong and Mum respectfully stated that the food was very good but there was too much noise. The owner then released a torrent of jeering unpleasantness.
