Treats Pizza Delivery Service — Restaurant in England

I prefer their deep pan as have had a few overcooked/burnt thin and crispy previously.

With two teenage children it's nice to have as a standby (or if I don't want to cook!) so have been a regular customer for some years. Portions for salads have gotten a lot smaller but their drivers are always friendly and the food good quality :O)

However tonight (Fri 11th May at 8.15) when I eventually got through, the conversation went like this:

Me: Wow you must be busy? (smiling and enthusiastic) Them: in a very bored tone: yes Me: Do you still have any pizza left? (still smiling) Them: Sorry?? (still sounding bored) Me: No don't be it's called a sense of humour...not everyone has one Them: No obviously not! Me: Not to worry I'll take my business elsewhere..I ended the call

Management need to appreciate that:

A) People answering their phones need to be upbeat and friendly B) If you can't be friendly, helpful and smiling on the phone go & find a job that doesn't involve speaking to customers. C) You don't actually need to like the people you take money from D) If you are unhappy with your lot in life, you really should have done better at school E) Dissatisfied customers leave bad reviews

If that was a member of management that I spoke to, you should be ashamed of yourself.

From talking on the phone to make the order to eating the food was quality.

Fairly new to the area so firstly placed the order by phone polite man answered and even tho he asked an innuendo question of would you like it "thin or deep" me on the phone "pmsl" he still took the order in a polite and respectful way and then told me pizza will be with me in 40 mins.

40 minutes late on the dot I had a phone call and pizza was outside, I then went out to meet the lovely lady delivering the pizza, the lady was so lovely we had a little laugh and joke before I went off inside to devour the food.

Pizza was so delicious reminded me of when I went to Italy to a family run pizzeria and the jalapeno poppers had the perfect kick, if any criticism no dip but I'm honestly not worried about that I had a few dips in my fridge.

Really unimpressed with last order. Pressed the ‘asap’ selection, and it took 1hr 50 mins to arrive. Ironically I would’ve got it sooner had I of selected a time slot! The latest at that. Paid £7.90 for a vegan lasagne as part of order, which is meant to arrive with garlic bread. No bread!! £7.90 for a small slice of lasagne that took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Phoned up and was told I would get refunded for the lasagne. Has that happened? Nope. They also blamed problems with delivery drivers. It over an hour late- surely this could be stipulated when placing an order? How is 2 hours asap? Most takeaways is an hour tops. Also NOT the driver’s fault the bread...
