If I could give this place zero stars I would !!

As a pescatarian I ordered a tuna and sweetcorn pizza with cheesy chips from them on Saturday night. I took one bite of the pizza and was horrified to find it was laced with small pieces of ham.

Sick to my stomach I called them for a refund. Then having been hung up on twice already the gentleman who answered for the third time finally agreed to refund me.

I checked my bank account over the next few days and received nothing. So I called again today, again they were desperate to get rid of me but this time I refused to be fobbed off. In the end I was told I would have to bring the food back to the shop as proof for their boss!!

Thankfully I did keep the rotting food as I had a suspicion, after the way I'd been treated thus far, that I was going to have a fight on my hands to receive my money back. I drove the food back to the shop this evening and was left standing there whilst the gentleman took pictures of it for his boss so he could release the money back to me. Granted he was very apologetic to my face, embarrassed probably by the lengths he had to go to.

The owner of this shop should be ashamed of himself, this is the worst customer service I have ever been...

It really is a shame that it's not possible to give this place less then a star review. When I called to place the order I triple checked the order was right as my partner is intolerant to a lot of food. When I arrived to the establishment (If you can call it that) it was very dirty and run down. Though it was getting late so I just paid for the food and left. On opening the containers the food came In we realised what we was order and what we was given was two completely different things. We called to complain, offered to take the food back for a refund. The lady was extremely argumentative and rude over the phone. Less then no customer service skills. Today we reported the company to food hygiene as they seem to operate way below any standards you would expect of any reputable business. If your thinking of getting a takeaway. Ordered our food by phone was told it would be half an hour,bit was a treat for our sons good results. 45 mins later nothing so I rang back and was told that it was on its way. 15 minutes later no food. I rang them again and said where is our order, again on its way. I told the guy on the phone that I am not paying full price for delivery as I waited an hour and half, I got a text msg that had reduced this, an hour and 3quaurters later a guy turned up with our food. He wanted the full price not what was on the txt msg. He was very angry and shot off with the food. I tried to speak to the shop and they didn't want to know. They ruined a nice evening .not...
