Walmgate Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in England

No jacket potatoes on a Saturday. Myself and my work colleague was working across the road, as a one off on a Saturday. For lunch I fancied jacket potatoe and cheese. The girl serving said we don't do jacket potatoes on a Saturday. I decided to have a bacon sandwich and my work colleague had bacon and sausage sandwich. My bacon sandwich wasn't the best I've had. My work colleague said the same about her sandwich. I felt that they was too much fat on the bacon, with little bacon in the sandwich. Still felt hungry afterwards. I didn't see no notice of no jacket potatoes on a Saturday, which is a shame because not everyone wants breakfasts, bacon sandwiches or any other ...

Although the food was fine... For value beans, 2 eggs, rimchmond sausage, toast and a plum tomato for nearly £11 I felt I was being robbed. Not even any hash browns :( I know we're on the midst of a recession but that was just stingy. I wouldn't give this place a complete miss as the sandwiches looked alright and seemed okay price but deffo not reccemnded...

As of 29th October there doesn't appear to be any efforts to maintain social distancing or any of the staff wearing masks. They don't have any sanitiser to use, or even a track and trace barcode. Made me feel uncomfortable being in there, and I won't be returning for the foreseeable future. Will happily change my rating if efforts are made to...
