I am so pleased that I did a 21 day cleanse with YouJuice. Not only has it made me feel a million times better but I also lost 7lbs - which is a nice bonus.

All the elements of the cleanse were delicious - amazing cold pressed juices, immunity shots, raw savoury and sweet snacks and delicious meal jars and soups. Lovely Anita was so helpful planning out the timings and contents of each delivery. The process was so varied that it didn’t feel like a struggle at all, even on the juice only days. I need have a bit of a dip in energy, motivation and mindset around day 8/9 but those feelings were soon replaced with renewed energy and positivity.

My favourite days by far were the raw and green days, with lots of lovely green juices, smoothies (the No1 smoothie is my favourite) and raw food. And of course the snacks are just amazing, especially the kale chips and weekend sweet treats of Jacobs cakes and raw snickers.

Two weeks post cleanse and I am pleased to say that I am still eating healthy food. I have continued to be a customer of Youjuice, getting the weekly medium bag delivery and I intend to be a customer for a long time to come.

If you are thinking about doing a cleanse with YouJuice, definitely go for it. I hope to continue to do shorter cleanses on a regular basis.

Where can I start from! This is a hidden gem, the owner and the staff are what this place is about and what makes it Youjuice. Best place for your daily healing, from the juices, food to the snacks it all speaks for itself. Price is never a problem here, as you’re taking care of your health which is wealth for all of us. It’s all priced very reasonable for the quality you are getting, and I take enough away to cover me for the day. They always giving free things out, when you don’t expect it such as hot drinks, snacks and healthy shots or juices. I love this place from day one, and I have been coming now for nearly 2 years, I live in London, and visit 2-3 times a month and most times just to visit the team and leave satisfied with my shopping. I wish they was closer to me, but they make me feel at home and closer each time I go so I enjoy the journey. If you want peace, love and to heal either it’s with good loving food or a chat this is your go to place. I continue to love Youjuice grow, the word to spread and everyone to visit them because it will change your life for the better. This is such a wonderful cafe. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into it. I'd enjoyed a few visits in the cafe for yummy food and drinks, then decided to do the 3 day gut cleanse followed by the 7 day full cleanse as I'd had difficult few months where I'd not eaten well and had a sore bloated gut, puffy face etc. I spoke to Anita and she personalised it for my body. I completed the 10 days and I feel so much better. My gut is better, my skin glowing and I'm more focused. And Anita was so kind and encouraging.
