Came here with some friends yesterday for a nice lunch. A nice simple menu with anything from breakfasts to paninis, and also a wide selection of baked treats. The panini I had was very nice and the other members of my party enjoyed their own meals too (soup of the day, full breakfast and a brownie). This place also is full table service which is nice for a cafe, and it is also very well located right by the water on the Quay, so weather permitting you have a very nice view. The only thing I'd say is that it was a little expensive: my ice tea was £3.50 and panini £8.50, so keep that in mind, yet the quality of the food made up for it considering it was a special occasion.

A beautiful breakfast café with stunning views over The Quay — the perfect place to start your morning. The food is absolutely delicious, but the real star of the show is their scone, which is simply unmissable. Served with their signature cottage cream, it's one of the best scones we've ever tasted rich, fluffy, and uniquely delightful. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommended to come early if you want to enjoy the limited outdoor seating and catch the serene waterfront views at their best!

Customer Service stinks. Waited 10 minutes for the staff to notice I was at the point they asked me to stand at for service, and then served the person behind me. Poor. If you're part of the middle class in clique with wealthy grandparents funding your lunch whilst your little darlings test their lung capacity I'm sure you'll receive a great welcome.

Since Mangos finally left a reply much later after my original (not deleted) review I'm glad my edit dragged them into action. Shame then that instead of replying at the time to address their ignorance they felt the need to post a factious comment that shows they clear don't care about their customers or their feedback. Thanks for the email address - I shall certainly reply with a much...

Arrived here for lunch today to the owner coming outside to give all the customers hot water bottles to keep warm while enjoying a coffee outside. I was with 2 friends, all 3 of us had babies with us. He helped each of us down the steps with our pushchairs, and brought over high chairs. Didn't mind us feeding the babies our own food and could not have been more accommodating and welcoming if he'd tried. The food was really lovely. This is not the first time I have been and every time is a warm welcome and outstanding customer service. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with children as it is very refreshing to visit somewhere and not feel like an inconvenience for having a buggy and...
