Tealith Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Exeter

It’s very unfortunate that I write a review as this, my general experience from Tealith is a great customer service.

I went in a couple days ago with a JustEat order. The lady told me that it had not come through yet with the system. This is completely understandable so I sat down with my friend and waited. 40 entire minutes of chatting later, as you may imagine we grew very impatient. I checked the JustEats app, to see for whatever reason they rejected the order 25 minutes ago. If any decency was there, why would you not at the very least let us know?

Unasked for waiting, and we ended up going to another shop for tea. Very disappointed as again, this isn’t something I would expect from an establishment which is usually so on point...

I visited sidwell street branch yesterday, the guy on the counter was rude. I asked whether they accept payments through card. The guy attending pretended not to hear and was busy bickering and laughing with fellow colleague instead of attending and further. After taking my order he talked in his language to other colleague right after laughing and like telling them something about this new order. I ordered Brown sugar milk tea. And the tea was awful. I've drank this tea million times. Yesterday they served me awfully made tea, even the quantity was less. They also added less tapioca pearls. The taste was also pretty bad.

Worst service...

It was humid and warm day today and I decided to tried this bubble tea drink along the way to bus station. I'm excited at first because of "Bubble Tea" and tapioca having on my drink. I ordered the tropical one with mango. But a bit disappointed, my drink is not that COLD! NO ICE and it's a bit warm....but the taste is good, they asked me about the sugar level so it's not that TOO SWEET drink that is good for me. But the COLD DRINK I expected, 7/10. It's away TOO GOOD if its had some ICE specialy it's getting hotter now. Please, add some...
