BURGER IN LAW — Restaurant in Gravesham

This is the worst place in Gravesend!!! The place is dirty and unsanitary, the staff use their unwashed hands to prepare the food. The unprofessional staff have no manners and they look at customers with anger as if we're begging for food. No sense of warmth or hospitality, it's easy to understand why it's always empty. The food is alway late, cold and soggy.

It looks like a family business that doesn't care about customers anymore because the owner isn't present.

Or maybe there's a language barrier speaking English and they give better customer service to Asian customers they can...

I pre-ordered for my family 2 hours in advance for a meal to break fast during Ramadan. Not only was the food delayed by 20 minutes but they had poor customer service and kept telling us the driver had left when in fact he left much much later. The chicken was just about cooked with little to no flavour when we ordered the flavour as hot. The manager could only offer a vague apology and had lack of knowledge of how to talk...

Took away burgers with my little daughter. Food is good, patties not overcooked, burger nicely build, not falling apart when you eat it, chips nice. From bad side: workers listening to some kind of prayer influencer and shouting together with him at some point, strange feeling to be honest, do not give you safe place feeling, really bad. Even my little start asking me what is happening here, really bad experience...
