Chattorey — Restaurant in Gravesham

The food was lovely service was a bit slow but it was busy so no problem and we were not in a rush. I would have given food 5-stars but the starter portions were very small plus they ran out of chicken tikka the only thing my younger son eats in an Indian restaurant he got 4 chunks of chicken tikka not enough for him so we ordered a tandoori chicken but he doesn't like chicken on the bone. Mains were tasty still slightly small portions but we ordered a few different dishes so we had more than enough to go round. Other than that the food was lovely thank you for a great evening.

Service come on guys get a card machine you don't have to stick to the high street Banks there's a lot of independent doing good deals... See you guys soon...

The lovely man who served us went over and above to ensure my elderly mother in law was comfortable and even gave her a pillow for her back when he noticed she was using her rolled up coat for support. He explained the menu very well for us and made sure allergies were catered for even when he had to return a dish that had not been adjusted. All was done with the utmost politeness and respect in spite of how incredibly busy the restaurant was. The food was delicious and extremely well prepared. Don’t ever go to this place , arrogant staff , I ordered for collection and got burnt naans , when I rang to complain they didn’t want to rectify ,, AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, RUDE STAFF , I GIVE IT A 0.5 out OF 10, and they never offered any compensation just said I will receive free naans on my next order , my whole order was ruined coz of the naan breads , now they want to lie and say they tried to offer compensation, first of all the manager I spoke to could not speak much English , so please stop lying I now change it from a 0.5 out of 10 to a complete 0 , save your time and money and go...
