Griller's food is better than your average Chicken&Chip Shop, the food is great but I've only given 3 Stars due to it's lack of getting the order right, as a customer who goes to griller often I find it that they get my order wrong occasionally and when I come back to the store to complain they don't try to offer replacing what they gave me with what I ordered. Recently I ordered 2 Beef Burgers as a meal which means 1 meal comes with a normal Portion of fries and a drink over the phone, when I came to pick up my order, there was only 1 portion of fries and 1 Drink, after I complained to them about the mistake they refused to give the fries and drink and said that I said "You said you didn't want fries" when I never said anything of the sort. If I could give this zero stars I would. When I placed an order the man said that the order would take an hour. Although the order took an hour and a half. The delivery driver then phoned us and said he is lost. He then refused to deliver to a front door and when we gave him clear instructions, he still refused to deliver to our front door and my son had to walk 10 mins to the delivery drivers car to get our food. The delivery driver had a negative attitude and was extremely rude to me on the phone. When we opened the bag we realized that we had received the wrong order. We then phoned the restaurant and received a hostile response. It seemed as if the man did not care and he dismissed us. I do not recommend...
