Absolute thieves! So we purchased £40 2 tickets for after party of Dundee dance event and around 1:am when we reached there on a rainy night, bouncer said they are overloaded and cannot accept anymore people, we argued that we paid for our tickets however he wouldn’t listen and won’t refund either! Two walking by police officers got involved and advised us to contact management the next day which I did! Management responded to contact Dundee dance event for a refund or the online company skiddle but they said contact venue however the idiotic management says they couldn’t see us on CCTV of their entrance at the time? And won’t refund? Wow! What an open robbery, scums totally! Never stepping a foot nor ever going to sponsor their stupid leaflets they been chasing me about for and never taking our staff for drinks there ever!...

Me and my friend went to enter but the bouncers were discriminating my friend. She has a Latvian ID which clearly shows her age and her legal name, here by her family both here and in Latvia call her Dasha but they failed to understand that Dasha isn’t an English name. They demanded to see her passport despite how unnecessary it because we get in to other places completely fine especially fat sams right next door. but the bouncers had an issue with her for no reason. I recommend you change your idiotic rules, discrimination is absolutely not okay in the slightest, disgusts me. On a side note, who in their right mind is going to carry their passport with them in public????? atrocious service will never go...

Me and my friends were denied entry due to cargo trousers “not fitting the dress code”. The clientele behind us (wearing jogger bottoms and shorts) were promptly let in.
