Bubble CiTea — Restaurant in Great Britain

Would just like to give a shoutout to Nina, who clearly puts her all into her job. Even when they were incredibly busy, I noticed her still giving exceptional customer service, asking how people are, etc. but impressively without compromising time — the queue still kept moving. Even with large families, where ordering can easily become a pain, she still was incredibly friendly and patient — and all of it seemed genuine. We got to have a little chat with her later once there were no other customers for a short while, and it was really nice to hear her positive philosophy and willingness to make people’s day a bit better. I haven’t got much experience with bubble tea places, but this was certainly a very positive experience and we can’t wait to return once we’re in Cardiff again....

I bought a matcha millicrepe. When I went to the cashier to pay, they didn’t even bother to look at me as if I wasn’t even there. After 2 minutes she finally came to me, I payed for the cake for 3.50£ since there was a 50% off even, and, they gifted me an ice cream for free which was nice. The taste of the millicrepe wasn’t the best, the matcha flavour inside was quite nice, but, the crepe itself tastes horrible, it didn’t have matcha flavour at all, combined together was not worth the money. Really disappointed with my visit. The staff were disrespectful, talking amongst themselves while serving instead of paying attention to customers. On top of that, they gave way too much ice and barely any milk, which made the drink taste really watered down. To make things worse, we were basically forced into choosing a larger size than we wanted.
