Coffi Clwb — Restaurant in Great Britain

I ordered through toogoodtogo. I was going to leave them 1* but then they corrected themselves so here is 4*.

My toogoodtogo surprise bag was supposed to be worth 9 gbp. At first they put 3 very small dry (supposedly) cakes but it didn’t really look like a cake (check the photo). I asked if I would get a sandwich anytime I buy there through the app and they said I came last so I didn’t. I asked if the value of my bag now is 9 gbp, they said yes but after I checked prices (also even on a look on it) I saw it wasn’t close to 9 gbp. I thanked them, went outside and started to take photos of what I got because I wanted to complain and write a review. I guess they saw me I am doing it so they came out with 2 big rolled sandwiches, saying that they found some extra. It is nice that they gave me 2 extra sandwiches, value of the bag became even more than 9 gbp with it, but initial intention was to leave me with the bag with 3 small dry things. It doesn’t matter if I am first or last, I should have equal treatment like anyone else.

Discovered the place through a TikTok strangely enough! Thank god I did! Both me and my best friend loved it here! Went here yesterday to find a quiet study place and it was perfect! We were greeted so warmly and I knew I’d want to come back straight away. A lovely variety of drinks and food - brilliantly priced! I had a yummy chocolate chip shortbread! ✨ The seating area is cozy, clean and comfortable! Felt so motivated to do work and also felt relaxed :) Truly adore the space and will recommend to my closest. Solid little independent coffee shop! You could miss it if you blink, but you won't want to.

Quite a refreshing alternative to other places in the area, especially if you're not into big-brand corporate coffee. So far, I've only had the cappuccino which was quite smooth, good balance of taste between the coffee and milk. They do little pastry bits and some typical cafe nibbles which I'm yet to try.
