One of the best examples of a thing done right that I have seen for some time. I was once asked what volume a dram is and gave the answer I had been given many years previously - the perfect amount of whisky that the situation requires. The Curly Coo Bar is a bit like that - it is cozy, not small and the range of whiskies is exciting, not overpowering. The "second mortgage" shelf of whiskies certainly caught my eye and gave me a smile before I settled on something more my level, then took a seat alongside a chess set on my right and a group of people discussing a mixture of topics to my left.
