Fantastic food and wonderful staff! My husband and I live in Cyprus now but have close friends and family in the Stirling area. We arranged a surprise trip back and emailed the Mediterranea Restaurant to explain we were going to organize a surprise reunion there. I asked if they could decorate the table for us. After meeting with a large group of our friends we headed to the restaurant and had a magnificent night. John and Maria were so helpful and friendly. Our table had a large "miss you all" balloon and other decoration. The food was absolutely delicious and they made us so welcome. Nothing was a problem, not even our impromptu singing. Wine flowed and a wonderful night was had. Cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their magnificent restaurant. The price was brilliant too, the best of its type with meze and other Mediterranean gorgeous dishes, so authentic. Thank you, we'll be back later...

Went here tonight for dinner, didn't have a reservation. The restaurant was busy and we thought we were out of luck but they have a seating area downstairs where we were seated. It was a nice cosy atmosphere with spanish music playing. The man who seated and served us was very helpful and it was service with a smile. There were 2 of us and we had the meze chefs special which I was skeptical about as not sure I would like all of the dishes but it was all so fresh and honestly the best meal I have had in a restaurant in a long time! The baba ganoush was something I've never had before and wasn't sure I would like but it was delicious and I've not had hummus that tasted so good. If anything, it was too much food for us. Would definately come back next time I'm in Stirling. Great value, fab food...

Little nice restaurant. I was so tired and I went to this place which was a few steps from where I was staying. I asked to Go, and even that they normally don’t make it to go they did it. I asked for the Paella. I have to said that I have really high standards for Paella. The best paella that I ever had was in Las Azoles Island, part of Portugal. I have to say that it was my favorite until last night. The portion was excellent for two people, the taste and freshness was perfect, and even that it was in a container that normally is used for leftover, the presentation was awesome. To the point the I even forgot to take a picture. The smell was amazing, shrimps, scallops, squid, mussels, and two King prawns. If you are in Stirling, Scotland, you need to...

I came there right after they opened, so the temperature inside was still cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu had a decent variety of food. Good prices. I ordered a gyros plate. I was hungry so I asked if she could make it extra.. The gyros plate was very delicious! Too much food tho (my fault). I wish they added more tzatziki. Meat was juicy and tasty. It felt like the bread had spent too much time in the oven, they should have it more soft. I will definitely come back to taste more of their dishes.

We found this little gem while we were in Stirling. What a find fabulous Mediterranean food and plenty of choice from Greek, Spanish and they were all presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Great welcome, great atmosphere, and well looked after. Finished with Greek orange cake and coffee...sorry no pics as we'd been exploring all day and hungry so the food disappeared fast 😅 It is sooo worth a visit.. if we're ever close by, we'll drop 👍🏻

Step through the doorway and be prepared to be transported to a Mediterranean culinary experience. Are we in Spain? Greece? The owners have created an authentic experience with food and service to match. The atmosphere felt like a bodega in Barcelona, music was perfect, it was arty, quaint, and romantic. The food? Amazing!!! If we could we would have one of everything. Try it all! You will not be disappointed.
