Absolute beauty of a coffee shop, best one I've found in Stirling so far.

Been here a few times now, sometimes just for coffee other times for brunch. Tasty and delicious every time. Variously I amd/or wife has had;

Espresso: nice punchy coffee without being overpowering, floral and fragrant. 9/10. Mushroom, pomegranate and avocado on toast: Lovely balance with the mushrooms and sweet pomegranate, nice creamy avocado. Really nice filling brunch. 8/10. Blueberry pancakes with bacon and maple syrup: not terrible, but we've had better. With the syrup not too bad, but a little dry and heavy without it. 6.5/10. Egg, avocado and kimchi on toast with extra bacon: Really good toast dish with the kimchi cutting through light fluffy eggs nicely. I ordered it with a side of bacon, which was cooked up nice and crispy. 8/10.

Atmosphere is very lively, the food is good and everyone knows it. Usually clears out later by 2-3pm when the kitchen closes though so it's not so busy you can't get a table. On colder winter days it can be a bit chilly, so don't plan on sitting in for too long unless you're...

After spending a year in Stirling, I can confidently say HBW was my favourite place to go. I’d always come in for food, an iced maple latte and to just sit in a corner and journal.

The food and service are excellent, I remember once my friend and I were talking about the scrambled eggs and how good they are and the chef came out to talk to us because he kept hearing the words “scrambled eggs” and thought something was wrong. That’s the level of care that’s put into the service. Waiters are always friendly too. Special shout-out to Kayleigh and Angus.

I’m grateful for my time here and the good moments spent in this cafe with my friends and family. Although I’m moving from Stirling now I wouldn’t be surprised if I made plans to come back here again...

First time for me to write a review for a coffee shop. Excellent vegan foods not only ‘good food’ written outside the shop.

We suddenly planned a Stirling trip yesterday. When I was searching for good foods, I was already attracted by the photos of the reviews. After we visited the castle today morning, we pass by then for sure we go in and try. Chopped Avocado with lime or maybe even dried rosemary mixed together is so fresh to eat with a toast during summer, my kids don’t like the sour flavour, but they love the fried mushrooms and Cherry tomatoes are delicious as it used to be.

Staffs are friendly and professional. Nice cappuccino without chocolate powder is important for me, i had it right and I saw it was mentioned on...
