The manager of the club spoke to me, at first I thought I was in trouble! She took the time out of a busy Friday night to thank me for the review and that the member of staff has been spoken to, she apologised which I of course accepted. The member of staff in question also spoke to me and everything is sorted and fine now. We can all have bad days, it didn’t help that I was drunk and I have also had bad days at work so drunk me was probably an idiot.

This is the sort of customer service that I wish was more around today. Thank you

The rudest, most ignorant bar staff I’ve ever encountered! No smile, he would slam the card machine down in front of me, huff and roll his eyes if I asked for another drink, no thank you. Awful. If I didn’t know dymk and how friendly the staff normally are I would not go back....

I found that the place itself is very good bar staff friendly and kind , the DJ was rude to say the least I’m an older guy who went to Bournemouth with friends to revisit times past , we did interfere with anyone , we were enjoying and minding our own business when this DJ came on and said is any over 35 in here cause you shouldn’t be , this proves the point that as a community we are still terrible to each other and miles behind still in acceptance of each other whatever age we are . If you decide to go to this place pay a maximum attention for the payments. I was alone there and bought 5 drinks throughout the evening not checking when paying to find out that every bar tender charged me a different price for each (same) drink. Plus, one of the purchases I was charged double of one drink. The next day they were open, I came in spoke to the manager and he could not find (convenient) my transaction or myself on their video cameras.
