You have to pay for parking despite you spending money in the shop. And they employ a full time warden to patrol their car park.

Me & my partner caught food poisoning from a chicken microwave meal and despite complaining nothing was done and staff not really concerned.

Most things in shop are on their use by date or extremely close because food stuffs not used in stores down south are loaded back onto lorries to be sold further north.

I shop here once a year because I get a £20 voucher from work for Xmas, and this year I managed to get an extremely small peice of beef (serves 3. Use by, 2 days) bag of marris pipers of extremely poor quality (use by 2 days) and a pouch of gravy with a very watery consistency.

Even the best shop in town does not apply COMMON SENSE! If by tomorrow all transport requires people with masks (and maybe gloves will be next) WHY we have to shop where all staff have NO PROTECTION AT ALL?? One way sistem and silly plastic screens and even a little squirt of antibacterial on the trolley, does not eliminate the fact that ALL GOODS have been put on the shelves BARE HANDED and the politeness of cashiers has now turned into a RISK as breath CAN go over the plastic screen. Shall not return until the "stock"...

Not sure why they charge for parking, very inconvenient if you're just nipping in for 5-10 mins to grab something quick 🙄 and if you're spending money in there regardless, it should be free or even refunded with proof of receipt like other stores! Most of the staff are lovely but on one occasion a member of staff was very rude! I was simply trying to return an online order and she was so rude and spoke down to me like...
