Read moreProblems: we waited literally for a record 1.5 hours. The service is terrible but understandable- only two waitresses serving around 100 customers. The kitchen is clearly short of stuff, but the biggest problem is the management. When the orders are clearly beyond the capacity of the kitchen, they should do something or tell the customers a realistic waiting time, but they did not.
The waitresses forgot about things we asked for (like bread); we have to ask for things that should automatically be on the table (like sauces). During such a long wait, there was never a sorry to make us feel better (the waitress originally said that it will take ‘more than 30 mins’) But again, they are short of stuff so we do feel sympathetic for the stuff who are working extra workloads.
