New Capital Pizza & Kebab — Restaurant in Great Britain

I honestly don't know where to begin! We placed our first ever order with this particular takeaway. It arrived 25 minutes late, which was appalling to start with. The meal themselves were inedible. The chips were completely stone cold, as if left out, for hours. The burger buns were not only burnt, but charcoaled. Some of the chips had clumps of what we thought were large insects, but my husband confirmed they were burnt chips. There was no relish (which we ordered). The burger itself looked like mush, and was clearly under cooked. No way on this earth were we going to eat any of our meals. Never in our lives have we ever had such a terrible takeaway experience. The chap that delivered it even failed to apologise for being so late. I tried forever to get through to them on the phone-but to no avail (it just kept ringing; I tried again and again, for over an hour, but nobody was picking up). Even though we were both really hungry, we were left with no option other than to throw the lot in the food waste caddy. Never again would we order from this awful place. I will expect a full refund to be issued, following this diabolical experience. We have taken images of the meal, and forwarded them on to friends, and they were horrified by what they saw. All they could say is it's a good job you didn't eat any of the meals. I won't repeat what else...

Where do I start? We walked into New Capital and were eventually attended to by an employee. Whilst waiting, we took note of many quite frankly bizarre goings on. Firstly, we discovered a knife sharpener down the side of the drinks cabinet. This then went on to the 'chef' singing (which is fine) but then answering his mobile whilst cooking and singing prior to taking the persons order. Next up was the beating of a socket above the fryer. There was a strange buzzing noise which was rectified by hitting the socket. Strangely this didn't rectify it for long. Now, the best part was the food itself. I ordered a spicy chicken burger which was very nice until I discovered that the other half of it was stone cold. Not sure how as it was fried. The wedges had a strange taste and so did the onion rings. Altogether a very strange experience, and not one I would particularly want to repeat. Needless to say £31.00 of fodd was quickly...

This was the first time we used capital and we Ordered our food with no issue, when it came 45 mins later, my order was wrong, i rang up to tell them we didn't get what we ordered and the bloke on the phone started shouting at me telling me maybe i ordered the wrong food , why is it their fault all the time and then continued to blame me, he then said very aggressively you f#$king customers are all the same, and then continued to swear repeatedly at me and told me never to order from there again when all i wanted was my correct order, he then said he would get it sent out and slammed the phone down, it then took nearly an hour to come to me and i only live up the road, i will never be ringing them again and would advise other not go there, i have never been treated or spoke to this way by any other takeaway and will be informing trading standards about this !!! I gave them 1 star and they font even...
