Food was lovely when it eventually came out. Waited nearly 45min for food, had to ask for water twice. The waiter just put food out in front of anyone instead of asking who ordered what. A mixed grill was placed in front of a vegetarian. A vegetarian biryani was ordered but bits of lamb were found in it, spoke to the server and he said he would make a fresh one. The fresh vegetarian eventually came out but it was half the size of the original vegetarian biryani that came out so had to complain about that. We ordered a dish to take away whilst eating and after waiting half an hour for it we asked the server if he could see how long it would be as we are ready to leave and he found out it was ready a while ago. Asked for the card machine to pay the bill, waiter said he will bring it, waited for 10 minutes and asked the waiter again to which we were told the bill needs at the counter. First time being there heard good things about food we booked the large family room up stairs iam very very disappointed in how clean the place was up stairs it utterly disgusting beyond my thoughts from going downstairs to upstairs it’s so dirty and unwelcoming the carpet up stairs was dirty and smells from the room to carpet it was sticky at least make an effort of hygiene for it to be comfortable to enjoy meal it was a different level in my experience and I go many places to eat out with my families it does not take a lot to keep a place clean they should make more of an effort i came home smelling of dirty smells on my cloths and itching so was my wife and family members food and service was to be desired for the place makes enough money you can tell spend some money on cleaning the upstairs and make it welcoming I’ve never experienced such filth in my life in...
