Porto Piri Piri — Restaurant in Scotland

We've ordered from here once before and the food was fine. However this time it was not so whatever you do don't order from this place. Food came with so many items full of multiple unknown hairs. Called the restaurant as we wanted to send food back as we wanted a full refund given the fact that we found so many or send out fresh items that are thoroughly checked before being sent out as clearly these hairs would've came from someone who was preparing the food. Was told from staff that they wear hair nets which is an absolute joke to say the least especially given the fact there wasn't just one but multiple hairs. Everyone didn't have the stomach to eat theirs so yet again another food delivery place where the service is absolutely shocking and a disgrace as we are now out of pocket of £30 odd quid. Certainly won't be back as we have zero trust that they'll actually send out decent EDIBLE food. Should be ashamed of the poor attitude and service and I hope to god they learn from this experience and actually put more care into the preparation of food and customer service cos we certainly won't be back to piss more money up the wall. No refund apart from £6 via the delivery service we used which is nothing, contacted PayPal since we used them to pay for the items but sadly we still haven't received any money from either. Not sure if the managment has changed but something has changed, the tater tots box is now smaller, the garlic sauce in the tater tot box is now not even evident, the tater tots themselves where burnt and it was just dry i give this now a 1/5 not a 5.

Chickhen nancho burger - soggy not succulent and was just dissapointing, this went from our go to takeaway to now never ordering from here again.

Whoever is making the tater tot box now needs to go and find the person who was making it before becuase now its appalling and now I will change the review from 5 star to 1 star..

Garlic sauce = immaculate Grilled chicken = succulent Tater Tots box = mouth watering

I rarely order food but when I do, it’s always from here. The garlic sauce is amazing, the burgers are fantastic and we always get the tater tot box, generous amount with lots of chicken and you can pick the sauce topping you want obviously the garlic one is the best. If there's one thing I avoid its lamb especially if its delivered, but I've heard about the lamb cutlets from Porto and the most excellent marinade so I gave it a go.

Oh Yes Get in, ordered the mild smokey garlic cutlets and the Hot , no sides required as these come with rice (nicely spiced) and fries 🤷‍♂️ just standard carbs..

The order arrived online and steamy HOT , Tasty AF and tender lamb.

I priced up for me to cook the same meal from a supermarket not wholesale and the £12.25 Porto price is very sound.

£25 ( excl delivery ) fir two adults and a child is Spot on , obs its quality not quantity 👌 .

TBH I priced this meal up because I was going to cook it again today, but Hell Nooooo I'm just going to order again and mix up the marinade.
