Bollos — Restaurant in Scotland

We tried Bollos for the first time tonight, and it was a culinary delight! We indulged in the Bollos Classic, a mouthwatering angus beef patty burger meal bursting with flavor, and the Bollos Peri, a grilled chicken fillet burger meal, which was equally satisfying. The burgers were perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients that left us craving for more. Accompanied by two delectable waffle sticks that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and a heavenly strawberry milkshake that completed the meal. The ambiance was cozy, the service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious comfort food in Scotland!

Edit: After such a fantastic experience with the burgers and desserts at Bollos previously, we couldn’t resist returning to try their new dessert — the gulab jamun ice-cream. I went for the Bollos Classic Smash Burger with crinkle fries and Ross got the BFC Chicken Burger with peri salted fries.

The Bollos burger was absolutely delicious, really high quality and the sauce had a nice tang to it. I only wish I had went for the double burger patty instead of the single!

The BFC was also fantastic. A great big bit of buttermilk chicken cooked absolutely perfectly.

For dessert we got some milkshakes, my boyfriend got biscoff and I was quite intrigued by the Bollos shake! This weird and wonderful concoction has strawberries, nutella, white chocolate, oreo, and biscoff! It almost sounds like it shouldn’t work but trust me it does! I would say the strawberry and the biscoff are the most stand out flavours which tasted so so good. I’d get it again!

A great spot for some casual but delicious food in Shawlands and if you get a meal, I would say it’s decent value for money too. Would like to go back to try the...

I went to Bollos for the first time last night after seeing a post on TikTok. The post looked amazing and I was instantly interested in visiting. Bollos did not disappoint. The restaurant has a modern look mixing casual dining and fast food, not to mention very clean which is always nice to see, including the bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen from what we saw looked very clean and well run. We spent roughly £15 per person and for that price you get a surprising amount of food. The food itself was absolutely delicious, especially the crinkle cut peri chips and the Aberdeen Angus smash burgers.
