Pondok Fresh Falafel & Juice — Restaurant in Great Britain

Me and my friend have been in there numerous times now as we love the food, this time around however wasnt pleasant. The yound guy that served us is so rude and needs to learn a few manners/customer service skills. We both ordered the same thing which was a falloumi wrap, my friend payed £10 cash but has a blue light discount card. however the guy only used 10% for both wraps but previously in there has been used at 20% for which it comes a bit cheaper, but we got charged more for the 10% probably because there were 2 wraps which is irrelevant and besides the point, he needs to get his maths right and the worse thing was when me and my friend were explaining how we werent happy with the situation he turns around and says "its not my problem" like seriously how rude, then later on as me and my friend were sat waiting for our food he comes out the door and gives me a filthy look, the sort of 'i dont wanna be here attitude'. So I graduated today and needed some lunch with my family. We headed towards the Triangle knowing there were some cafes up there and spotted the sign. I love falafel, so we went inside. There's a small seating area outside, so we asked if it would be possible to seat all 6 of us out there. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and brought some tables out for us. My mum commented to one member of staff that I had graduated today, and midway through our wraps (which were absolutely, hands-down the best wraps ever) another member of staff came out with a plate of mixed desserts for us to share and a way of congratulating me on my graduation. I almost cried. It was such a thoughtful, generous and kind thing to do and it made my day feel even more special. I can't thank them all enough, the wraps were absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much for being so wonderful to myself...

Amazing food especially the falafel which was delicious - crispy outside but moist inside! Blueberry smoothie also yummy. All fresh tasting, simple menu, good value for money and filling even for a salad box! Only negative was the amount of single-use plastic used. Knives were wooden but no recycling bin and rest served in plastic cups / plastic takeaway boxes. Did mention to staff member, but only replied "there's nothing we can do about it". I suggested plates / bowls for dine-in, but response was "we only have takeaway boxes". This is a great healthy food concept and nice premises which would benefit from a similar healthy...
