The man named Antonio was absolutely disgusting towards me. I asked for hot wings and said I need to ask at the beginning of the order. WHICH I DID. He proceeded to not put them on my order. I then saw him go round the back and spit in my burger. Other people were supposed to be prepping the food but he went out of his way Togo round the back and make sure he spat in mine. I am absolutely disgusted with this mans behaviour and I will be reporting them to food standards. Absolutely vile. Read moreI didn't think I'd ever leave a review for a KFC, but here we are. The customer service would honestly put Karen's Diner to shame. In fact, it might be worth the trip if you're into that.
Anyway, unfortunately I realised I'd been given the wrong order when I got to the beach. Perhaps partly my mistake for not checking, but upon returning was met with denial, accusation and a definite reluctance to refund for their error as I hadn't brought the offending items back quickly enough. (I'm not sure if they were intending to restock the cold fries, but given other reviews about microwaved food perhaps they were.)
No apology, and a very real attitude from the shift manager (Marjela?) and her colleagues. Even trying to continue an argument as I was leaving.
