Update: last visit 27 Sep, re order ciorba de burta and not the same as first time. Taste old from 2 - 3 days ago and looks like re-heat over too much☹️ Mix grill menu wasn't satisfied either. Potato wedges too dry and no taste. Chicken also dry but when cut into half has water,probably from frozen ☹️ mici has taste a bit strange. Service was okay until have little problem with payment causing by their POS device have no conection with the internet. And was no solution until they advice my husband have to go to take cash from ATM ☹️ Overall,,Unpleasant feeling ☹️☹️☹️

Choose this restaurant because we miss to eat papanasi and ciorba de burta. The taste from papanasi serving with strawberry jam is super! Remind me three years ago when i enjoy it in mountain also in my husband hometown. It become one of my favorite desert since then. Ciorba de burta also really autenthic taste, just like what we ever eat home. Romanian cuisine never gone wrong and always tastefull. Here also they have homemade wine serving warm (vin fierte) si visinata. At this winter, is perfect to have a sip on it. Overall the food was super, the service is very hospitality, i could suggest to put music more low volume, maybe to put romanian folk song would be much better to have nice atmosphere😊 multumesc...

Absolutely amazing experience at Grande Gusto, Leicester! I came here to watch the Romania vs Austria game, and it turned out to be one of the best evenings I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was absolutely 10 out of 10 – lively, friendly, and full of great vibes!

We ordered the mixed grill platter, and everything was perfectly cooked – juicy meats, delicious potatoes, and a touch of authentic Romanian flavor in every bite. The papanasi for dessert were simply divine – soft, warm, with plenty of cream and jam, just like back home.

We also had some palinca, which was the perfect finishing touch to an incredible meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had that cozy, traditional Romanian feel.

We went there for the first time today and we had "mici" , polenta with sour cream & grated feta cheese and, obviously we couldn't resist trying the stuffed cabbage rolls. The food was amazing. Best Romanian food I had in England, and I have to say that I tried a few Romanian restaurants around Midlands and London, this is by far the best. The staff was so welcoming, nice and so patient with us while we were deciding what to eat( obviously it was so hard deciding because there are so many tasty courses to choose from ). The place was clean and tidy, reasonably priced and I love the fact that you can pay by card too, unlike other places where you can only pay cash.
