We came on a Friday night for the set menu dinner experience. The staff/students were all really really great and attentive, there was a young boy there who was not as confident with English yet he was still such a pleasure. All the students would describe their dishes and they were all confident, it was very nice to see how professional they were. The menu was very nice, my dad is allergic to cheese and was accommodated for, which was very good. The trout was replaced with salmon instead which we weren’t bothered about either! Really delicious food, cleaned up most of our plates. The canopies in particular, absolutely divine, my dad is fussy with vegetarian food, however even he polished off that beetroot falafel, absolutely delicious. The menu was creative and thoughtfully put together, with bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and a real sense of culinary curiosity. Every dish felt like a showcase of talent and teamwork. I was genuinely impressed!

Service was just as lovely — professional yet friendly, with staff who were clearly proud of their work and eager to make the experience special. The atmosphere had a great energy too — relaxed, fresh, and full of promise.

A really excellent restaurant situated at Penwith College. It's a teaching restaurant so the service isn't perfect but the students do a great job and the teachers clearly care about them and work hard to prepare them for jobs in the industry. The food has been excellent each time I've dined at Senara and it really is something of a hidden gem that's worth seeking out.
