We came on a Friday night for the set menu dinner experience. The staff/students were all really really great and attentive, there was a young boy there who was not as confident with English yet he was still such a pleasure. All the students would describe their dishes and they were all confident, it was very nice to see how professional they were. The menu was very nice, my dad is allergic to cheese and was accommodated for, which was very good. The trout was replaced with salmon instead which we weren’t bothered about either! Really delicious food, cleaned up most of our plates. The canopies in particular, absolutely divine, my dad is fussy with vegetarian food, however even he polished off that beetroot falafel, absolutely delicious.
