Southend Square Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

Very very disappointed in this establishment, I did ask for a non stodgy base and it was delivered with the base thick and stodgy which stuck to the roof of the mouth the cheese and Jalapeno bites was like a hand grenade. 3 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza was a joke. Just appalling, 35p for a service charge and £1.00 delivery. When I called them up and explained he said there was nothing he could do as the boss wasn't there and he'd call me,(26 hours later still no call back) it's good my friend works for the environmental health and took it home tonight as after 1 slice of the stodgy pizza and a horrid cheese Jalapeno bite I've had a bad stomach. Was really excited to try this square pizza, they were really nice in the shop and it was made really quickly, the food was cooked really well but I dunno what’s up with the ingredients as it tasted really bad. The garlic pizza bread flavour was massively let down by the cheese, it tasted like it was either off or old and dry, really ruined the flavour. The bbq chicken had way to much bbq sauce and again the cheese was vile, £25 spent and we threw it away. My daughter also got a kids meal deal of donner meat and chips, the donner meat was a bit dry but good flavour and chips were good but soggy and chewy. Placed an order for delivery paying by card I gave correct address and postcode even spent time explaining where I was. I spent over minimum delivery amount and was told it would be an hour I can live with that. 50 minutes later a call from delivery driver stating he will not come to me as it's to far. I rang the shop asking for a refund to be put on my card and was told that they had made the order so it needed to be paid for and that id given wrong information which is not correct . I ended up going to shop to claim my refund with the threat of police...
