Absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of booking the function room for a 60th birthday party. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The organisation was amazing from start to finish, the space was perfect, it connected through to outside garden area which was ideal for a sunny day, the staff were amazing, really friendly and accommodating, Gillian was so helpful and responsive, the recommended DJ Tony was super professional. The bar itself is such a gem, so many people from the party complimented the bar, service and venue. It caters to people of all ages. The function room was free to hire! And we brought our own food, some people also ordered food who said it was delicious. Apparently the Sunday lunch is a good one, we will be back to try! Overall, we would definitely recommend The Waterman’s Arms for any celebration, we will be back to visit and probably to hire the function room for another one of our family celebrations! Thanks again to all the team at The Waterman’s Arms!

We visited Windsor Castle on Sunday and wanted a traditional English sunday roast. However all the pubs and restaurants around the castle were full or didn't offer a Sunday roast. So we crossed the Thames river into Eaton and came across The Waterman's Arms pub - I'm glad we did. Roast beef with yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, cabbage, broccoli, califlower, green beans, carrots, lashings of gravy and horse radish sauce - all washed down with British ale. The service was fantastic by the two ladies in the kitchen and behind the bar. We'll be back..

A lovely cosy chic pub in the heart of Eton, next to Brocas for a lovely stroll along the River, nice court yard outside area, popped in for Sunday lunch, good quick service, Great price, unfortunatly from my personal taste lacked the ooh la La, alot of water on the plate from the veg, too many peas, meat appeared to of been bought in pre sliced, maybe don't have enough customers to warrant cooking a joint, roasties appeared pre done, bit dry( I've worked in the industry!) tasted ok, on the plus side Gravy was nice and thick

Well what a disappointment!! Went here as part of a group booking for an 18 birthday. One woman behind the bar was terrible, she ruined the whole mood for just about everyone ( didn’t get her name, old lady very miserable) the other younger barmaid very friendly! She accused 2 of the lads of doing drugs after she saw them drop some, when she picked up the drugs she realised it was a chewing gum. Did not apologise at all just stormed off.

There is a door between the function hall and the bar, for obvious reason this kept getting left open, and she just came and kicked it shut, didn’t check if anyone was there! Didn’t ask anyone to keep the door closed just assumed it was ok to kick it shut and storm off saying FFs. Really awful lady how anyone employs her...

Our visit was spoiled by the grumpiness a bar woman. Shoulder length blonde hair (so there's no mistake here) Ordered 8 drinks but forgot to ask for a splash of lime in a soda water. She said "£1.50 for the lime" we declined! She then proceeded to unblock the ladies lavatory and after poking around with a long pipe, left without washing her hands...yuk! Next grumpy comment was when the 3 year old in our party picked up a candle and her auntie was explaining what it was and how it works. She walked past and snatched it out of her hands saying "Don't touch the candles!" All above SO unnecessary especially as we had 3 rounds of drinks and 7 meals! Cheer up love..your customers keep you...
