Was a bit disappointed by my experience here today, especially with seeing so many great reviews and videos.

There isn't a kids menu. Not very fair on the wee ones or us parents having to buy things so the kids can eat. All the main portions are big so not Ideal.

We were seated near the kitchen and had fruit flys constantly flying about us and our food which was off putting.

Very awkward small round tables. Had two small round tables for 2 adults and a kid. It was uncomfortable to operate around while eating.

Music is very loud and the lights are annoying.

I didnt like or enjoy the pizzas. We ordered the pepperoni and the mexican pizzas. Just so much bread and barley any sauce at all! with tasteless cheese. The lack of sauce was a bit gutting. The meat was nice on the mexican one but I barley had any of it. Plenty of meat on the pepperoni one. I really don't understand the hype and the cost of these pizzas is absolutely ridiculous. I think it would be better if the base was more of a crust, pie type base instead of the thick bread base. The pizzas really need more sauce being thick deep based. It felt like I was just eating mostly really thick bread and cheese.

The staff are fantastic. Really lovely and attentive throughout.

The pink panther drink was really nice, though a bit pricey for what it is. Didn't taste the booze at all, tones of cream.

The chicken wings are absolutely spot on and the tatertots are delicious. We had the chocolate cake and 99 cone for dessert which were both incredible and really...

The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were perfection and the drinks were cheap (it was a Sunday when we visited and they had an offer on 🥳) the staff were wonderful and the music was AWESOME.

I am writing this particular review though because of the way that the wonderful staff dealt with an uncomfortable situation. My friends and I were sitting enjoying our pre-gig catch up when two guys came in and sat down at the table nearest to us. None of my group are prudish or scared of a bit of banter and we LOVE meeting new people but the second the two men sat down they started staring over creepily and intensely and making us all feel really uncomfortable to the point where my friend asked, three times, very bluntly, for them to stop staring over. Then, one of the bar staff appeared and told us that these guys wanted to buy us drinks. We explained what had happened and that we were feeling very uncomfortable, the bar staff said they would move the two men away from us which they did immediately. 10 minutes later she came back to say that upon reflection they didn't want any customers to be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their bar and had asked the men to leave. It was so nice to be listened to and made to feel welcome and safe and is the kind of standard that everywhere should...

Thought we would try this place as it got so many write ups, was left so disappointed.

First thing was it’s so cramped in the place wasn’t very good to wait for a table kept having to move due to staff and other people walking past. Second thing was service was really good when it was busy but when it calmed down for some reason the staff were a lot slower.

Took 25 mins for our meals to come out which I can cope with but when you order food you expect it to be warm, I ordered the waffle Mac & cheese with chicken with a side of tater tots both were not even warm the waffle was under cooked and the taters were soggy when you put parsley on top as a garnish at least use fresh and not the one in the jar so cheap you should also say instead of fried chicken (fried chicken strips) Mac and cheese was so dry as well. My wife ordered the beef sandwich you expect a sandwich and not a baguette with big slices of beef not very warm either and for the loaded buffalo chicken and cheese we didnt expect boiled chicken and some sauce on top of the cheese I expected the chicken to have the sauce on it. It was very warm so at least one thing was warm. Coke was flat Very loud inside the place
