I've just had satay chicken on skewer with rice and spring rolls and it was, without exaggeration, one of the ten worst takeaways I've ever had. I've been a customer at this place for 14 years and with every change of ownership the quality gets worse. Now we've really hit rock bottom.

The Satay Chicken on Skewer was almost raw or it was sticky meat. The texture was so disgusting that I spit it out immediately. The sauce really had nothing to do with satay, just some ready-made sauce mixed with water.

I wasn't surprised that the rice was also disgusting, totally overcooked and unsalted. It simply tasted of nothing, which in this case is not a bad thing at all. The biggest ray of hope was the vegetarian spring rolls. Well, you can't go far wrong with them. They come frozen and you just have to deep-fry them. At least they managed that without any major mistakes.

To summarise: This takeaway is absolutely not recommended. I hope the place gets back to its old...

This has been my local Chinese takeaway for many years now, so I have plenty of tasting experience of their food..... Including when it used to be called yummy yummy! I have definitely noticed the fall in quality of food here & the portion sizes are smaller. But by far the worst chicken curry I've ever tasted in my life was bought at xin wang a few days ago, I really don't know what product was used in the curry but I refuse to allow it to be called chicken!! It was absolutely disgusting, tasteless, rubbery texture. I just couldn't eat it so I removed it & just poured the curry sauce over my boiled rice. Unfortunately the sauce was very bland & flavourless too. I had some sweet & sour chicken balls too, there was actual REAL chicken in those & they were very nice. I will never go back here now as the food quality has declined massively. The photo is of the 'chicken' (debateable) pieces I removed from the curry. I definitely do not recommend...

Had ordered using JustEat on a Friday night. This is the first time ordering in this takeaway. Have tried many in the last few years and never had one favorite near our place. This one turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We got two fried rice varieties and three meat boxes. One was horrible (sweet) but it was my mistake choosing that item. As a family we don't like any non vegetarian food that tastes sweet. Other than that the rest where delicious and the quantity of meat or rice was a lot compared to others. We (family of 3) couldn't finish!

There was something very good about the quality and the taste that made us thoroughly enjoy it. Our next order will be in the same restaurant to check if it was one time luck or they are consistent!..
