Domino's Pizza - Guildford — Restaurant in Guildford

Horrible service. Staff were very disrespectful. White lady who works there was quite rude and racist, perhaps because me and my friend are from a diff ethnic group.

We came to dominos at around 11:40 and the shop closes at 12 as it said online.

The guy working at the shop told us no orders in person so why is the shop open then you tell me this right now we just ordered the door open but right now it’s 11:40 pm. We told him that the app works to order cause we just checked and he said that it only works to order online after 11 pm… he could have easily served us, or asked his manager wouldn’t take long, instead of being helpful or patent and nice he was like ye no order and basically was hella rude.

So we left and were stood outside when we decided to just order quickly before the shop closes and so we went back inside to just look at the menu and because it was drizzling, when this woman tells us they’re closed and she wants to lock the door… sorry but if delivery drivers still come till 12:00 am to pickup, even if they come from a different door, how come u came to kick us out of the shop at that time, esp if the shop is closed to customers… it all felt rude and honestly never am I going to that place again. Worst service and staff ever. They have ruined my entire mood and left me feeling really angry, if this is the sort of behavior that staff do then maybe they shouldn’t work there? Maybe management needs to change...

My first hand experience regarding the quality of pizza (compared to Domino's back home) is pretty poor considering Dominos has such a big name to live up to in the world of pizza. I only came on here to praise the two delivery drivers that came to our student house today. The first one (didn't catch the name) was a young man, extremely polite and although the coke was missing off a housemates' first order he was incredibly lovely and offered us amazing service. The store hasn't been able to pick up the phone all night but we decided to see if the next delivery driver would happen to have our missing item in his car. The next delivery man who I believe was called Florian??? "The Maverick" was absolutely lovely when he came to the door - I asked him about the missing bottle of coke and they also forgot one of our big dips so THIS GUY left and came back with a litre bottle of coke and another two big garlic dips. To a bunch of students you're an absolute hero, apologies for screaming 'You're a babe' in your face but I hope Florian gets some recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you...

Stopped at the premier inn on Tuesday night and thought I would take advantage of the two for Tuesday. Was struggling on line to order so decided to call, the person who answered could hardly speak English and confused the hell out of me. All I wanted was 2 pizza and some garlic bread. Over an hour later the one pizza arrived and I told them why would I order 1 when it’s 2 for Tuesday. I told the driver I wasn’t happy and he just said not his problem. I called the place up and the manager basically said they had new staff and that he was sorry and that the correct order will be with me within 13-25 mins. This was over 1 hour after placing my original order. 2 1/2 hours after I first ordered and they were not answering the phone I decided to go to bed on an empty stomach. Best thing is I could have walked to the shop and collected it in 10 mins. I will not be using this shop again and advise anyone who stays in the Guildford premier inn to collect or try...
