Domino's Pizza - Hastings — Restaurant in Hastings

Awful experience. Never ordering from here again.

Spent £15 on a pizza as a treat, and when it arrived I was very disappointed. Very little sauce and tasted bland. Phoned up and asked for a refund as had already waited one hour and was too hungry to wait for a replacement. Manager advised me that all they can do is replace it (which makes no sense! Why can’t they refund?!).

Waited an hour and hadn’t heard anything so called them up and they said it will be 5 minutes. It arrived cold and raw. Called up to complain and ask for a refund. The guy I spoke to was VERY rude and said because I ordered the garlic spread it means there won’t be as much tomato sauce (again not making sense). He said they did all they could and if I’m still not happy then I have to complain on their website. But then all they will do is give me a “free pizza” which I’ll have to order from the Hastings branch. Why would I want to do that when they keep making so many mistakes??

And looking at other reviews, they clearly feel they must be precious about their sauce and it’s not just me! Awful please avoid if you don’t want to...

Awful expirence. Notified the pizza was on its way via the tracker, 30 mins later I called to see where it was. Guy was very rude and very quickly said it was on its way then hung up.

Pizza arrived 15 mins later. Completely wrong.... called back, got the same bloke and he was so rude to us again! We explained there were extra toppings which we didn't ask for, and no chicken on our BBQ CHICKEN pizza. Where he continued to basically call us liars and say that there is chicken on it, and there will only be the odd mushroom by mistake. Apparently can't get another pizza sent out for another 2 hours....... got told to speak to head office as there's nothing they can do.

Luckily I recorded the phone call, so head office can hear how rude they are!

100% won't be using this store again, I urge others...

NOT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCED. That WOMAN who handOver my Order today Fri, 11 FEB around 18:37 was the RUDEST I had ever encountered so far in hastings. Due to an obvious noises inside with other customers waiting to collect their orders. I didn't quite understood what she was asking and I politely asked to repeat her question again, She then drop 2boxes of pizza on counter and Rolled her eyes showing her annoyance? Hey!! What ever you been going through today, I dont have idea what was running in your mind, or maybe you're having a bad day or something, whatever it was,learn to set aside ATTITUDE from work, that aint going anywhere.
