Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in High Peak

I would like to give it more but I have came back for the third time and I got disappointed. I ordered poached egg with avocado for breakfast and it's tasteless and bread is soggy and I got stomach ache when I got home, second breakfast is scrambled egg on toast to be safe but again a let down very soggy and I got stomach ache when I got home and for the last one, dinner time, I ordered steak pie and kids menu for my kids and I couldn't hardly eaten my food it's horrible and my kids only ate chips as chicken nuggets is not nice at all. So yeah I was gutted as I got good recommendations with people and hoping it will improve soon.

I gave two star because there's a day that a staff are friendly and there's a day that the staff seems not...

Came to morrisons this morning, ordered an ultimate breakfast and a coffee coming to £9.00. Paid for it at 11:13am and 40 minutes later I had to ask where it was. Turns out my order had been cleared off the system. It then arrived to me very quickly lookong like everything had been thrown on the plate with half of it missing but with an extra hash brown and egg to make up for the mistake, no black pudding to be seen anywhere and the grilled tomato was so under cooked it has literally come from the veg Isle to my plate. Visited here a couple of days ago. We ordered 3 jacket potatoes. The girl on the till said I don’t think we have any left. She checked, and said yes we have. We sat down, & were served very quickly. All 3 potatoes were very brown on the inside & didn’t look or taste right. I spoke to the girl who served us & she apologised & offered us a free drink. I explained that we had already got drinks. She said that she hadn’t cooked them, and left it at that. After we had done our shopping, I went to the customer service desk & we were given a full refund.
