Disappointing!! We had a takeaway from here a couple of weeks ago and it was decent. It was our first time having food from here and we was pleasantly surprised so we decided to go again tonight but unfortunately it was terrible. To start with the order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and had to wait a further 15 minutes for it, once we got home with the food we realised that an item was missing from the order so I called the restaurant to be told they was busy (even though there was only three tables occupied in the restaurant) and that if I wanted the item I'd have to drive back and get it which I pointed out that the rest of the food would be cold by time I did that so I chose not to go back for the missing item. Unfortunately the food was stone cold anyway and also had other stuff missing from what we received the first time round. My advice is don't bother with a take away from this place and maybe give it a try eating in. Also I think they need to maybe increase the amount of rice you get with a meal because for £17 the amount you get is pathetic. It's a real shame because I feel it could be a really...
Read moreWe popped in on a quiet Wednesday evening without having booked as a family of four (two teenage boys) and had a very friendly welcome. The service was really lovely and the staff did as much as they could to make us happy. The house wine (Italian Merlot) was very good and the starters were absolutely lovely. We chose meze style starters of Vine Leaves, Calamari, Haloumi and garlic bread with cheese. Unfortunately, the main meals were not up to the same standard. Three of us had pizzas which, although freshly prepared, were clearly made with ready made bases and the pasta dish while tasty was not particularly special. I think their speciality is more in Mediterranean style dishes. If we were to return, we agreed that we would order plenty of starters as a Meze style meal rather than have any main courses from the menu. I’m sorry to rate it so low but I am being honest for other customers. Thank you for an enjoyable...
Read moreThis place is simply divine! First time and it really didn't disappoint. Coming in, we were surprised by the great atmosphere. Great Turkish music on the background welcomed us. Pus table was delicately put, with very sweet handmade decorations. The cutlery holders were extremely cute and delicate. The food was out of this world. We had tzaziki and hummus for starters, and they were really tasty, you could feel they were home made and fresh. The main courses were equally amazing, we had stuffed aubergines, lamb chops, Ceasar salad and Mediterranean salad. I had the Mediterranean salad and some lamb chops and have to say I've never tasted a fresher salad and lamb chop, not sure what the seasoning was, but it was very tasty! Strongly recommend if you ever...
